SVOM, Conduct & Privacy Policy
Official Standard Operating Procedures, Membership Eligibility, Conduct Standards, Flight Tracking & Privacy Guidelines for Subria Virtual.
1.1 Minimum Age & Eligibility
- Pilots registering for Subria Virtual must be 16 years of age or older (or 18+ for direct vAMSYS platform accounts).
- Applicants must provide a valid VATSIM or IVAO CID/ID for identity verification and activity auditing.
- Basic understanding of flight simulation procedures, chart reading, and online aviation etiquette is expected.
1.2 Registration & User Agreement
- By registering an account on vAMSYS and selecting Subria Virtual, members agree to adhere to the SVOM in full.
- Each user is strictly limited to one single account across the vAMSYS network. Operating alt accounts or sharing logins is prohibited.
1.3 External VA Membership & Anti-Poaching
- Members are permitted to fly for other Virtual Airlines provided they meet Subria Virtual’s minimum activity requirements.
- Anti-Poaching Policy: Advertising, soliciting, or recruiting Subria Virtual members for external VAs on any Subria Virtual platform (Discord, Forums, vAMSYS) is strictly forbidden and results in immediate removal.
2.1 Pegasus ACARS Logging
- All flights must be tracked using the official Pegasus ACARS client launched prior to pushback.
- Pegasus records speed limits, altitude profiles, landing rates, fuel consumption, and route adherence.
- Tampering with telemetry, modifying memory values, or altering log files will result in permanent ban.
2.2 Auto-Reject Rules
- Simulator Crashes: Any structural crash or collision detected by the simulator results in automatic PIREP rejection.
- Sim-Rate Abuse: Time acceleration above 1x (or VA-approved limit) is rejected.
- Fuel Exhaustion: Running out of fuel prior to arriving at gate invalidates the flight.
- Unapproved Airport: Diverting to an airport that is not a declared alternate will reject the PIREP.
2.3 Manual PIREPs & Disciplinary Claims
- Manual PIREPs are allowed only with staff authorization and supporting evidence (e.g. Volanta tracking link or VATSIM flight log).
- PIREP disputes must be submitted within 72 hours of flight completion.
3.1 Minimum Flight Requirements
- Initial Flight Window: Newly registered pilots have 7 days to log their maiden flight with Subria Virtual.
- Ongoing Activity: Established members only require 1 recorded flight (PIREP) every month (31 days) to maintain active status.
- Grace Period: An automatic 7-day grace period is granted if 31 days lapse, giving 38 total days before any roster archiving occurs.
3.2 Holiday Allowance & Leave of Absence
- All pilots with accounts over 18 days old are entitled to up to 60 days of annual Holiday Allowance directly bookable in the vAMSYS portal.
- Activating a holiday completely pauses the inactivity countdown, ensuring your hours, ranks, and account remain 100% protected.
4.1 Respectful Communication
- Subria Virtual enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, hate speech, bullying, or toxic behavior.
- No political, religious, or inflammatory debates are permitted on Subria Virtual channels.
- Voice channel recording, soundboards, or intrusive noise in Discord voice rooms is prohibited.
4.2 Discord Display Name Format
Members must set their Discord nickname to one of the following formats:
FIRSTNAME L. - SZN****
5.1 Data Collection & Usage
Subria Virtual processes essential user data (vAMSYS Pilot ID, flight statistics, IP telemetry, and Discord IDs) solely for membership management and ACARS flight validation. We never sell or transfer member data to commercial third parties.
5.2 Non-Affiliation Disclaimer
Subria Virtual is an independent non-profit flight simulation community operating exclusively on the vAMSYS platform. Subria Virtual is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or connected to Airbus S.A.S., any real-world airline, or aviation authority.
